OUSD Special Education Department also increased student access
by offering additional co‐teaching classrooms (special
education/core content teacher co‐teach): 9 elementary, 15
secondary; 24 teams trained this year with a total of 6 training
days.
In addition, OUSD expanded their online materials and instruction.
With the addition of 1200 wireless access points and 450 network
switches; All sites now have full saturation of wireless network
signal throughout campus. Students are no longer limited to
specific areas of campus to access online programs or materials.
Internet speeds have also increased from 5 to 10 times depending
on school level.
