Identified Need : In order to graduate college and career ready and achieve state standards, students need to receive instruction from

to help make content comprehensible and overcome any deficits. Additionally, based the 2013‐2014 EAP assessment, 47%
of students in ELA and 54% of students in Math were determined ready or conditionally ready for college.
