(e) “Suspension rate” shall be calculated as follows:
(1) The unduplicated count of pupils involved in one or more incidents for which the pupil was suspended during the academic year
(July 1 – June 30).
(2) The unduplicated count of pupils with a primary, secondary, or short‐term enrollment during the academic year (July 1 – June 30).
(3) Divide (1) by (2).
(f) “Expulsion rate” shall be calculated as follows:
(1) The unduplicated count of pupils involved in one or more incidents for which the pupil was expelled during the academic year (July
1 – June 30).
(2) The unduplicated count of pupils with a primary, secondary, or short‐term enrollment during the academic year (July 1 – June 30).
(3) Divide (1) by (2).
