Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Mike Higgins and this is my 10th year at Chapman Hills.  Before coming over here in 2002, I taught for one year in the Saddleback Valley School District in a 5th grade classroom.  I am a graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Liberal Studies.  I currently live in Foothill Ranch with my wife and 3 children (Kailee – 7, Avery and Garrett – 4).  As a parent of a child who is now in school, I understand the demands of working and helping out with homework.  When I’m not teaching or assisting with homework, I like to spend my time outdoors with my kids exploring their world; hiking, biking, and climbing.  Or…you’ll find me at an Apple store playing with all the new “toys.”
